Goods/Services once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery of service/ Installation, itself is proof of quality goods/ services as per order.

All the payments are to be made in favors of SOFT SOLUTIONS, HISAR (Haryana).

Delay in payment beyond seven days will attract interest @ 2% per month along with GST thereon as applicable.

After sales services are welcome at our doorstep. In case of site services visit charges will be applicable.

For any customised services/ addition after installation, the same will be subject to extra charges.

Reports generated through this software may or may not be helpful in preparation/ filing of various returns.

Seller reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without any prior notice.

The responsibility of your database is yours; we are not responsible of your database in any condition.

We are not responsible for any third party software/services like SMS, Email, GST Portal, Voice Call etc.

All the software or utility developments are done on the instruction of the party. We are not responsible for any under-reporting / mis-reporting, if any inspite of our best knowledge and efforts. The users responsible for cross checking the reports as per applicable norms, before submission to external party.

All disputes are subject to Hisar (Haryana) INDIA Jurisdiction only.
